I switched OB doctor and was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Tiffany Tran. She is warm, friendly and a good listener. Her staff is incredible too. All 3 front office ladies are very funny and sweet. They actually knew who I was when I arrived. My office visit at Dr Tiffany's was a refreshing experience and I'm looking forward to going back. My kids loved her office staff too,, her brother Dr Bryan Tran, gave my kids candy as we left so they were happy too. We are in caring hands now.

I have been a patient of Dr Tiffany Tran since 1997 and she delivered both of my children (2204 and 2007). I was so happy with the care I received during both of my pregnancies. Dr. Tran's office staff has always been so kind and compassionate, and they still ask about my children when I go in for my yearly exam. I had to have an emergency c-section with my son, and Dr. Tran was very reassuring that everything would be fine, and it was. She had to make a quick decision, but she was very professional and knowledgeable, so I trusted her. I am not sure if her professional manner is why some have called her "cold" but she makes decisions based on what she thinks is best for the patient. I would highly recommend her to friends or family.

My first pregnancy and ultimately, labor and delivery, paled in comparison to my second. Much of that is due to the hard work and loyalty of Dr. Tiffany Tran. I was a bit scarred from the first episode, but with Dr. Tiffany, I felt cared for and looked after in a very positive way. She brought me in for routine visits, answered all my questions, and when I had a TERRIBLE bout with morning (all day) sickness, she offered to suggest to my employer that I take some time off (I could barely function). I never had to ask. She just knew and followed through. I had a prematurely aging placenta and Dr. Tiffany caught it on ultrasound. She suggested all the necessary means to keep my baby girl and ME healthy. Never alarming, always matter of fact and honest...Dr. Tiffany has a refreshing balance to the "sugar-coating" that hormonal pregnant women seem to need at first. She's empathetic enough to understand, but REAL enough to give it to you straight. I appreciate this about her!
Dr. Bryan is just awesome. He wasn't with me through the whole pregnancy, but when my opinionated mother-in-law was in the room for our"gender-release" ultrasound, and she blurts out a big sigh when we hear it's another baby girl (seriously), Dr. Bryan turns to her and politely said "all we want is a healthy baby, girl or boy, and here you have a perfect, healthy baby girl. That's the best news we can hope for". MOL: 0, Dr Tran: 1. When he gives you an ultrasound, there's nothing like it. He is a specialist in his filed and it shows.
Lastly, Dr. Tiffany is AT HER BEST in the delivery room. I don't know about you, but this is where the rubber meets the road, in my book. I was induced due to the issue mentioned above, again, not PRESSURED to be, but it was suggested to me and supported medically...not because she was heading on vacation and needed my money. She was there before I was...prepping the room! I walked in and WAS shocked to see her there all ready for me. She helped me through every element of the induction and when it was GO time- she motivates you like a football coach. I wasn't about to give up with her by my side. THEN!! when Sophia was born, I never even knew it, but her cord was wrapped around her neck THREE times. Dr. Tran handled it without making an already high intensity situation worse. She ROCKED and I feel blessed to have her in my corner.
I am now planning for baby three in March and you better believe Dr. Tiffany will be holding my hand every step of the way. My daughters love her. My husband loves her. Heck, even my MOM loves her!
I truly hope that this review presents Dr. Tiffany as a professional who is worth your time and whom you can trust with your most precious commodities. Your health and your baby.

...I absolutely adore both of them. I was referred to the practice by a close friend who was also pregnant after having numerous bad experiences with other OB's. Dr Brian Tran was my doctor for the first two trimesters of my pregnancy and Dr Tiffany Tran took over the last trimester of my pregnancy and delivered my daughter via c-section. every single experience I had with both doctors and the staff was fantastic. They were also kind, and extremely thorough. They were all very excited when I brought my little one in about a month after she was born to my follow up appointment after my c-section delivery (which I also developed keloids but it was explained to me very thoroughly and my scar looks beautiful now!) I can't say it enough... Both doctors were kind, gentle, sweet, and a joy to deal with.
Thank you Dr. Brian & Tiffany Tran for the wonderful care back in 2011 & annually every time I need my preventative care exam! You are the best :)

I am very grateful for the care of Dr. Tiffany Tran and Dr. Bryan Tran at Pacific Coast OBGYN. From the beginning of my pregnancy through the end, I felt very welcome and comforted with the care and surroundings at Pacific Coast OBGYN offices. Also, felt both Dr. Tiffany Tran and Dr. Bryan Tran were respectful and friendly towards me and my family. Most importantly, I had a healthy baby and delivery. I am thankful for the professionalism of Dr. Tiffany, who has insight and experience that shows in her work with patients. Thank You again for your care Dr. Tiffany and staff! What you do is amazing, and your confidence in your abilities as a doctor shows! I am forever thankful to the considerate care from Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Bryan Tran.
